There will be an extra charge of $50.00 for late check-out times, excessive clean-up, and trash.

Policies
Deposits: A 25% deposit is required by check for each weekly reservation. Visa, Mastercard and Discover are not accepted for deposits, unless within 30 days of your arrival date.
Cancellations: Because of our small size, cancellations affect us very significantly. Virtually all of our reservations are made well in advance of each guest's stay. If you should need to cancel, your deposit will only be refunded if you cancel prior to 90 days of your scheduled arrival date (during the weekend of the Birkebiener Ski Race you will be responsible and charged for your entire stay if you cancel within 90 days unless your unit can be re-booked. You will still be charged a $50 handling fee if it is re-booked). After that, it will only be refunded if your unit can be re-booked. All cancellations will be charged a $50 handling fee. No-shows will be charged for their entire stay. Early departures will be charged for the entire dates reserved. Daily reservations must cancel by 6:00 pm prior to arrival or they will be charged for one night's stay.
Registration/Visitors: Upon arrival, please register the names and addresses of all occupants of your cabin (including children). For the privacy and security of our guests, please get prior approval for all visitors and have them register as they arrive. We reserve the right to charge $10/day for visitors and limit the number. Hours: 9:00 am to 9:00 pm.
Pets: As a courtesy to those who do not appreciate animals or have allergies, we do not allow pets, except for designated units. Call for details.

Personal/Rental Boats and Dock Space: You are welcome to bring your own boat, or you may choose to rent a boat or pontoon from our marina. In either case, your unit is provided with a dock space (2 at Sunset on the Bay) free of charge. If you require additional slips, they are available at $10/day or $50/week. We can help you launch your boat. If you require a boat, please reserve it with your cabin, as we have a very high demand during summer months and holidays.

All weekly renters must provide their own towels, soaps, and paper products. All daily renters must provide their own soaps.
