Need an extra motor for your trip or did Grandpa’s trusty old favorite let you down? We have a solution for you at the Birch Point Marina. You can rent one of ours. We’ll have you back on the water in no time. Or, if you decide you want to replace your motor, you can check out our selection of terrific used outboards. These engines have been completely re-conditioned by expert technicians and come 100% ready to go!

- Bicycles and Snowmobiles:
Depending on the season, Birch Point Marina provides you with other ways to get around the lake and the Hayward area. Starting in 2008, Birch Point Marina has male, female, and child mountain bikes available for a pedal power tour of the lake - be sure to bring your camera! In the winter, Birch Point Marina rents out snowmobiles for fun rides across the lake and on the many trails in the area.

Bicycle Rentals (NEW for 2008!) Rent a bike and take a pedal power tour around the Nelson Lake area. Be sure to bring your camera!! Adult bikes = $4.00 - 1st hr.; $2.00 - each add'l hr. 1 male bike, 1 female bike available Child bike - $3.00 per hr.
Gas and oil prices are not included in the above rates. Must be 21 years or older and have a valid drivers license to rent watercraft. Deposits required at the time of rental. $100 for daily rentals and $250 for weekly. These will convert to a security deposit upon your arrival/departure. Security deposit will be held pending outcome of damages (if any) caused by the customer. Our boats are thoroughly inspected before and after each rental period. The customer is responsible for all damage incurred during the rental period. Cancellations: Weekly rentals 30-day notice required for full refund of deposit. Daily rentals 14-day notice for full refund of deposit. If weather is inclement, the reservation may be cancelled. Both parties will mutually agree on the day of the reservation to cancel. Rentals must be returned on time. Late fees will be charged. Rates may change without notice. "No Shows" will be charged for their full reserved time period.
